At a time when many Windsor-area businesses measure success by survival rather than growth, Dainty Foods has increased its staff by 15 per cent, expanded into new U.S. markets and made plans to launch more new products.

A recent collaboration with JMP Engineering has allowed the Dainty plant on Windsor’s west side to introduce a Time Wise line of rice products, which cut consumer cooking time by more than half without any change in flavour, nutritional value or ingredients.
