JMP Engineering Automatically takes Control of their Future

(from the LEDC) Jim Collins will likely never know the impact his book “Good to Great” had on JMP Engineering President Scott Shawyer. When he assumed the role of President in 2001, he knew JMP was a really good company, but he wanted JMP to be a great company. At that time, they had 50 employees, with earnings around $8 million per year. Today, they are at 115 employees, $22 million in revenue, opening another London facility this year, and have big plans for continued growth.
