The Autoflex Loader® - Robotic GMP Packaging solution is a highly flexible, production ready application designed to automatically place products such as prefilled syringes or medical devices. This Autoflex Loader® application reduces packaging costs and throughput constraints commonly encountered when manually transferring products.

How Does the Autoflex Loader® Work?
Each Autoflex Loader® is designed on four key building blocks that are integrated together; a robot, end-of-arm tooling, guidance system and safety system. It uses guidance technology to sense the desired products position and EOAT to apply the soft, yet firm touch required to move it to the necessary location. With this advanced awareness engineering, the product can be relocated without leaving a mark, making a truly agile solution for the packaging process. The safety system meets ANSI and ISO safety standards while maintaining its ease of portability.
